Ingredients

  • 300 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of algae
  • juice of half a lemon

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

    Serving tip:

    Fried fish fillet in a crispy algae dough crust (Gebakken visfilet in een krokante korst van algendeeg). Serve the algae butter during the meal.
