  • 500 grams of onion
  • 200 grams of soy sauce
  • 150 grams of rice vinegar
  • 120 grams of caster sugar
  • 250 grams of mineral water


  1. Finely chop the onions.

  2. Boil the soy sauce, rice vinegar, caster sugar and mineral water. Afterwards, let it cool.

  3. Add the onions and put everything in a glass jar.

  4. Put in the fridge for 2 days or more at 4 degrees.
