- 1 kilogram of waxy potatoes
- 1 liter of game gravy
- juniper berries
- Bay leaf
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of approximately 4 centimetres.
Cook them in salted water until they are almost done, and drain. Heat the game gravy containing the spices.
Add the potatoes and cook until done.
