  • 1 kilogram of waxy potatoes
  • 1 liter of game gravy
  • juniper berries
  • Bay leaf
  • Cloves
  • 0.5 cinnamon stick


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of approximately 4 centimetres.

  2. Cook them in salted water until they are almost done, and drain. Heat the game gravy containing the spices.

  3. Add the potatoes and cook until done.
